What to prepare before posting a UAE property

- Location people can recognise
Emirate, community, building or project, and the correct map location. Check that the city and project describe the same property.
- Layout and measurements
Property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and area with its unit. Distinguish a studio, apartment, villa and townhouse accurately.
- A clear price and rental period
Have the asking amount in AED ready. For a rental, clarify the period and payment arrangements, plus any separately quoted charges.
- Photographs of the actual property
Use current images you own or have permission to publish. Show the rooms and condition clearly. Label renders or illustrative material accurately.
- Authority and applicable permissions
Confirm your right to advertise and the relevant requirements for the emirate and property. Have supporting permit and licence details ready where applicable.
- A contact who can respond
Prepare the contact person, phone, email and optional WhatsApp details requested by the form. Know who will answer questions and arrange viewings.

An accurate location, specific property type, understandable price and current photographs give people more to compare. Confirm the advertised details when you reply, and ask about their budget, timing and viewing preferences.
Does posting guarantee enquiries or a completed deal?
No. Responses depend on the property, its presentation, price, availability and buyer or tenant interest. HomeHNI does not guarantee a search position, enquiry count or sale.

Advertising permissions come before publication
Obtain and maintain the required owner authority, licences and advertising permits before publishing. Dubai listings must meet DLD/RERA permit and portal-verification requirements, including matching permitted details and required Madmoun information. Abu Dhabi advertisements must meet applicable ADREC/Madhmoun requirements. A HomeHNI account or submission grants no permission and does not establish official integration or approval.
