One property, one clear location
The emirate, community, building and map position should describe the same property. An apartment must not be presented as a villa or townhouse. Advertisers should resolve conflicting details before promotion.

Our standards explain the information advertisers should supply, how a recorded review should be described, and how to raise a concern about a listing.
Report a listing concernThe emirate, community, building and map position should describe the same property. An apartment must not be presented as a villa or townhouse. Advertisers should resolve conflicting details before promotion.
State the asking price in AED, the rental period where relevant, the area and its unit, and known charges. “Price on Request” means a price has not been supplied; it is not a free property or a confirmed bargain.
Advertisers should confirm availability before promotion and after an enquiry. Record the date of any availability confirmation. Photos, floor plans and descriptions must relate to the advertised home and be authorised for use.
The owner or representative provides the property information. Submission alone does not establish title, authority to market, property condition or current availability.
If HomeHNI displays a review status, it should identify what was checked and when. A document check and an availability confirmation are separate checks. Neither is a government certificate or a guarantee of a transaction.
A paid advertisement or sponsored article should be identified as sponsored. Payment does not purchase verification, independent approval or a favourable editorial conclusion.
This page does not award a badge or imply that every current listing has completed a review.
Advertisers should hold the authority to market the property and provide applicable licence and advertising-permit information for review. Requirements depend on the emirate, property and advertising activity.
Dubai Land Department provides an advertising-permit service covering electronic advertisements and other marketing activities. Its official QR verification service lets property seekers compare an advertisement with the authority’s information. Ask for the applicable permit details and use official verification.
DLD advertising permit informationAbu Dhabi has its own property advertising-permit process. ADREC provides an official permit-verification tool. Dubai permit information should not be treated as a substitute for Abu Dhabi requirements.
ADREC document and permit verificationConfirm the applicable requirements with the relevant land or real estate authority. A HomeHNI review cannot replace an official permit, professional licence or independent legal advice.
Ask about listing informationDo not put identity documents, title deeds, bank details, tenant information or private owner contact details in public listing photos or descriptions. Ask the team for an appropriate document-review route before sending sensitive material.
Enquiry information should be used for the stated purpose with an applicable lawful basis. Unrelated marketing and onward disclosure need a separate assessment. See our privacy policy and the UAE Government’s data protection overview.
Share the public listing link and explain the location, price, property type or availability concern. You do not need to send identity or payment documents to describe a problem.
Report this listingConfirm the property, the representative’s authority, applicable permits, the full price and fees, and the relevant contract terms. Obtain independent professional advice where needed. Advertising visibility, a review label and an article are not guarantees of ownership, investment returns, a completed sale or Google rankings.

Discuss an advertising proposalObtain and maintain the required owner authority, licences and advertising permits before publishing. Dubai listings must meet DLD/RERA permit and portal-verification requirements, including matching permitted details and required Madmoun information. Abu Dhabi advertisements must meet applicable ADREC/Madhmoun requirements. A HomeHNI account or submission grants no permission and does not establish official integration or approval.
Use the relevant authority’s verification service and keep unavailable or expired advertisements current. Do not send private identity or ownership documents in an ordinary enquiry. Terms · Privacy · Report a concern.
